Are you ready to celebrate life’s most significant moments in a way that’s uniquely you?
I’m Sophie, a passionate and creative celebrant who writes beautiful, bespoke ceremonies to mark the most important events in life. I'm based in Dunham Massey in Altrincham, Greater Manchester (the second happiest town in the North West!) but will travel to wherever makes you happiest to give you the perfect ceremony.
I specialise in creating personal, meaningful ceremonies that reflect your individuality and leave a lasting impression. Whether it’s a joyful wedding, a heartfelt farewell or a special naming ceremony, I will weave warmth, wit and wonder into every word. My ceremonies are written by a professional but they sound like they were written by a friend.
Why choose me?
My services:
Traditional and romantic, modern and classy or quirky and fun - however you want to tie the knot, celebrate your wedding in your own, special way.
A name is a special gift, whether it's a newborn, a new family or a whole new identity. Mark that moment with a ceremony that's as unique as you are.
Say 'I do' all over again with an unforgettable vow renewal ceremony, celebrating your love, your life and what you truly mean to each other - both then and now.
Say goodbye with a personalised celebration of life. Readings, music and a beautiful eulogy tailor-made to honour and remember your loved one.
If you can't find an answer to your question, email me and I'll get back to you straight away.
Celebrant-led ceremonies are highly-personal and flexible so you can make your day completely original. A celebrant will work with you to make sure every little detail reflects your unique style and story - from words and rituals to how you enter and leave the venue. If you choose a celebrant for your wedding, you can have your ceremony in venues that aren't registered for marriage - so, if you want to say your vows in your garden, on the beach or in a hot air balloon, you can!
Yes, you can have whatever you like (as long as it's legal!) The beauty of a celebrant-led ceremony is the ability to mix and match religious and secular elements, unlike vicars or registrars who will only do one or the other. So, you can choose hymns or prayers alongside pop songs and poems, if that's your thing.
Not yet. You will need to do the legal paperwork beforehand, but your bespoke ceremony will be the moment you actually say 'I do' in front of your family and friends.
No, a celebrant is solely in charge of the ceremony. You will need to organise the other elements of your day yourself - or use a party/wedding planner.
